A band might
wish to post their new release before their release date. We show you the
release date and can hold an order for you. We basically follow the
same steps as taking an in stock order however we do not charge your credit
card until inventory is in our warehouse.
If we do
not have enough merchandise to fill your order, we will ship to you what
is available and then ship the rest of the order once inventory is received
in our warehouse., We only charge you for the items sent to you and once
additional inventory is received, we then charge the rest of the amount to
your credit card. Band have 30 days to restock their inventory. If you do
not receive inventory from the band within 30 days of your back order...
We void the remaining part of your order.

Ordering
is easy! Just select the item you are interested in, enter the quantity you
want to order, and press "Order". Your secured shopping cart will then be
displayed. You may continue to shop, change your order or decide to check
out. We use cookies to track your order so you may leave and come back within
a 24 hour period and still have your shopping cart. When you are ready
to check out just click "Checkout" and enter your billing information. You
have the option to pay by credit card or to print out an invoice and mail
it to us with payment.

We take
many precautions to assure your order will arrive promptly and safely. But,
if the merchandise you received has been lost, damaged, or broken during
shipment please call us at 1-609-689-1711 and inform us within 10 days of
receipt of your order. We will promptly arrange for you to return the product
and send a replacement for the damaged merchandise. All claims must be filed
within 10 days.
